Short answers to the questions people ask most. For anything else, message @p2plyadmin on Telegram or Discord.

Do I need to verify to use P2PLY?

You can sign up, deposit and look around without it. To trade, post an ad, convert or withdraw, verify with your ID and a selfie holding it. A person on our team reviews it.

How does buying work?

Open an order and the seller's USDT is locked in escrow. Pay the seller from an account in your own name, within the payment window, then tap "I've paid". The seller checks their account and releases the USDT to you.

How long does the seller have to release?

15 minutes on instant methods (UPI, IMPS, instant payments, mobile wallets, e-wallets) and 30 minutes on others. If they do not release, a moderator takes the order. If the seller then stays silent and you uploaded a video of your payment or a bank statement, P2PLY can decide for you automatically and release the USDT 24 hours later, unless the seller appeals.

Why can't I withdraw USDT I just bought?

USDT from a P2P order can be sold again at once, but not withdrawn or converted for 24 hours. A bank payment can be reversed or reported as fraud after release, and the 24 hours protect both sides. The unlock time is shown on the Withdraw and Convert screens.

Something went wrong with an order. What do I do?

After the buyer has marked the order paid, tap "Report issue" on the order. You both get 10 minutes to sort it out in the chat. After that a moderator decides on the evidence, and each side can appeal once.

What proof should I upload?

A video of the payment in your bank app, made with the Record video button on the order, or your bank's PDF statement, plus the 12-digit UPI transaction number (UTR). If your bank blocks screen recording, open P2PLY on a second phone or a laptop and film your phone with it. A screenshot alone is not enough.

How fast are withdrawals?

Withdrawals with no risk flag are sent automatically, up to 1,000 USDT in 24 hours. A first withdrawal, a new address or device, a recent password or 2FA change, or an open dispute means a person reviews it first.

Which networks can I use?

USDT on BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain), Polygon and TRC20 (Tron), where enabled. Always send on the same network as the deposit address you copied.

What are the fees?

P2P trading is free. Convert is 1%. Withdrawals have a flat network fee shown before you confirm.

How do I reach support?

Message @p2plyadmin on Telegram or Discord, or request a callback on the Support page. We never ask for your password, your 2FA code, or for you to release USDT before the money is in your account.
