Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a P2PLY account and use our services. By accessing the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Account Access
Creating an account does not guarantee full exchange access. Account access depends on onboarding, KYC approval, operational readiness, and referral-program rules.
Referral Program
Referral rewards are subject to verification. Fraudulent referral activity — including fake accounts or automated signups — will result in account restriction and forfeiture of any earned rewards.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology associated with P2PLY are owned by P2PLY.ORG and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
P2PLY is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
Modifications
We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
